Shipping policy
Generally the turn around time, if the product is not in stock, is 14 business days minimum.
If the product is in stock is 3-5 business days.
Please be aware i am a one woman business. So if you need me to ship something sooner, please let me know!
If your package is missing or has not arrived please let me know immediately. I will follow all procedures set by USPS/UPS for all lost package claims.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the claims process has been completed, which cannot be started before 30 days after shipment. During this period, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide updates as necessary.
Please note:
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the carrier's investigation has concluded and the claim has been approved.
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements prior to the completion of this process.
